• Preparing P&ID, PFD , equipment Layout and piping isometric drawings.• 3D Development work by solidworks • Preparing 3D skid piping manufacturing drawing, preparing BOQ• Preparing Heat Exchanger GA, SS Storage tank/Vessel GA’ Filters GA• Detailing of Equipment layout, piping layout, cable tray layout• Preparation of As-Built drawings as per installation at site.• Getting reviews and approvals of senior engineers.• Designing the product as per client requirement & given technical specifications.• Preparation of Customer & Tender drawings (OGA, Transportation, foundation, etc).• Planning all design related tasks as per schedule given by managers.• Preparation of Layout (internal and external), Bill of Materials, Cutting plan, etc • Drafting of Mechanical system of Power Transformer Up to 315MVA, 220/132/11KV Class.• Designing and preparation of Fabrication drawings (Tank, End frame, etc) using Solidworks software as per technical standards to suit all manufacturing processes easily.• Interaction with suppliers/ fabricator to resolve various issues regarding manufacturing methods, process, et• Standardization of various component of Transformer.• Work out on Conventional Tanks as well as Bell Type Tanks.• Maintaining all design data & master drawing files/product catalogues.
