Making Barcodes, Stickers and product catalogs. Maintaining DEPB/Focus Scheme Licenses/ Drawback record. Correspondence with Bank and other related departments. Knowledge of MS Office, PageMaker, Photoshop, E-Mail and Internet.2- Import of Waste Paperi) Knowledge of Import documentation of Waste Papers, importing from abroad for paper manufacturing unit named as M/s Multiwal Pulp & Board Mills Pvt. Ltd based at Kashipur in U.S. Nagar, (Uttaranchal). ii) Placing orders to the foreign suppliers and after confirmation of the rates / prices of the material opening FLCs from the bank as per terms and conditions agreed with the suppliers. iii) Complete correspondence with the Custom Clearing Agent, Retirement of Documents from Bank, Realization of Bill of Entries and follow up for End Use Certificates of Imported Waste Paper. iv) Correspondence with other Government Bodies, if required.

Looked after Inventory Control/Stores as a Distribution Assistantreceiving spare parts from New Delhi base National Warehouseand issue to the service engineers/other stores/other branches. Making monthly reports of usage of inventory, 100% checking ofstocks once in a month and checking of consumables on dailybasis.
