Facility Provide Critical Space Management (Data Center)Resources utilizing to control project/operation Infrastructure work execution on time of Data center/Facility/Building/Technology uptime, OPEX/CAPEX control at assigned Data centre/Facility/Building/Review equipment lifecycle. •Incident Management: Analyze incidents, guide the BMS team for customer notification, ensure vendor presence for rectification.•SOP/EOP Development: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) as per manufacturer recommendations.•Documentation & Change Management: Manage updates to the change management tracker, monthly reports, BCP, and inventory trackers, ensuring timely consolidation and submission of RFIs/RFQs to clients.•Project Monitoring & Handover: Follow up on project implementation, manage handover to customers, and secure sign-off for finance.•Maintenance Management: Oversee proactive and predictive maintenance, ensure timely customer notifications, review asset conditions, manage Change Requests (CR), and update the CR log.•Calibration & Compliance: Ensure scheduled calibration of equipment and compliance with statutory requirements.•Team & Vendor Supervision: Manage the BMS team, FM contractors, security, and housekeeping staff.
