Lower Turrets & Main bearing support at IMCC CIC yard Abudhabi.Assignment continued for carrying out all Inspection activities for fabrication & construction of CALM BUOY for Petrofac ( SARB Field development project package 3 EPC work) Covering all activities, review of drawings, dimension checks, stage wise inspections at each level, all documents related to Inspection etc. Assignment continued for carrying out all Inspection activities for fabrication & construction of CALM BUOY for Lancaster Development Project, fabricated at Dubai dry dock. Covering all activities, review of drawings, material receiving inspection, welding procedures and welders qualification, dimension checks, stage wise inspections at each level, all documents related to Inspection, NDT of all the activities, Testing inspection ,painting inspection etc. Assignment continued for carrying out all Inspection activities for fabrication & construction of CALM BUOY for Kuwait oil company. PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW : • Preparation of, ITP,NDE plan,different procedures for the entire project.• Inspection of structurals in hull construction (Structural panels & blocks, erection of blocks, tank inspection as per scantling drawings) for new build Jack up rigs.• Fabrication/Erection inspection of Rack chock, Cantilever, Spudcan, Legs and Living Quarters, Heli Deck structure for New Build Jack Up Rigs.• Installation inspection fire and safety equipments, and verification of fire control plan.• Inspection of Piping, Equipment foundations, Architectural & pressure vessels involved in New build Jack-up Rigs.• Structural inspection for Refurbishment of Jack-up rigs.• Inspection of U stamped pressure vessels, API 650 storage tanks, structural tanks.• Inspection of living quarters including,HVAC system, Insulation and all equipments.• Vendor Inspection – Pressure vessels, tanks,piping etc.• Fabrication and final inspection of piles, conductors and jackets.• Review of vendor’s and sub contractors WPS/PQR/WPQ, NDE Procedure’s, Hydrotest & Pnuematic procedures, prior to submitting for client approval.• To conduct Pre-Inspection meetings at vendor’s shop prior to fabrication.
