Having over 20 years of strong experience in Project Management, Operations, Maintenance Design & Engineering Including testing and commissioning in various MNC’s and Banks. I have extensive experience in working in commercial building facilities -infrastructure projects, heavy industries, Captive & colocation Data center projects which includes facilities management-operations. Presently working as Director (Board Member) and Operational Head with GPX global Systems, Mumbai which is an tier 4 Data Centers.In my present role I have been providing Vision, Strategy and Leadership in design and operating the facilities from start of business. I have a proven track record of result oriented performance, and hands-on technical approach pertaining to infrastructure design and build delivery. Building and operating the facilities as per international standards from start, reducing the cost and footprint of operations through rationalization has been one of my strong points. I have been instrumental in conceptualization, design and build of more than 20 Data Centers. I have been fortunate to have a unique distinction of building operating & maintaining many of these facilities as well. Other skills achieved during the course of various responsibilities held in different organizations,Successful in building more than 25, 00,000 sq. in facility space with budgets worth more 120 Crores.Unique distinction of building and handling more than 3 startup companies from acquisition to operations.Efficient in managing multiple projects with tight deadline across India.Instrumental in effecting cost savings of >21% in daily operations costs and implemented Outsourced Facility Management model for India.
