During the conversion of the aforementioned vessel, I was exposed to the various procedures related to it including but not limited to approving the drawings and suggesting amendments to the ballast pipelines, inspection of holds (which were tanks before), leak tests of holds, pipelines, inclination test, sea trials etc. I was also assisting the senior management in managing/planning for 500+ staff onboard the vessels during conversion who were handling different aspects/parts of the whole projects by ensuring complete safety to the people and vessel.
