Leading 10 Engineers team and providing L2 support.

• Responsible for preparing and sharing Datacenter Audit report periodically and joining DC audit concall.• Managing local DHCP, ALTIRIS and WSUS servers virtually installed on ESX 3.5.• Responsible to take monthly network backup for Cisco Routers, Core Switches and Access Switches.• Handling DHCP Server based on Microsoft 2003 server in which different scopes are created according to different VLANS. Responsible to take weekly and monthly scopes backup, system state backup.• Handling ALTIRIS Server based on Microsoft 2003 Server. Responsible for updating files provided by client in applications running on HP5730 ,5740 Thin Clients, • Handling File Server based on Microsoft 2003 R2 server. Responsible to take daily, weekly, monthly backup through NT backup on HP tape drives, and mange the folder/disk quota and security rights of Domain Users.• Manage WSUS server for updating the SAN patches on desktops machines.• Monitor and manage MacAfee client machines through McAfee policy Orchestrator 4.0• Handling Remote Management of Thin Clients through Centralize ALTIRIS Server, pulling and pushing embedded OS images to and from HP Thin clients T5730 Model.• Configure, Troubleshoot and Backup of Microsoft Outlook mailbox based on Microsoft Exchange and POP3 Server.• OS Hardening of all the Servers, Desktops and Thin Clients as per Info Sec Policy and taking care of quarterly and half yearly IT audit.• Working on ITIL infrastructure/process and handling all the issues through IMS Tool used to tag ticket and working on that tickets as per SLA (99.5% uptime).• Troubleshooting all the applications being used in Airtel prepaid/postpaid Process.• Handling all the IT incidents according to Escalation matrix.• Prepare and upload the documents on K-Web Portal like Daily Dashboard Checklist, Daily Network Checklist, Daily Server Checklist, Vendor Ticket Tracker, Weekly Asset Register and Material Movement Tracker.
