Instrumental in setting up a pilot plant for the manufacture of different grades of polyester polyol and unsaturated polyester resin from polyester waste, products that had been introduced successfully and test marketed for the first time in India. In charge of the polyester chips plant, which had a production capacity of 70 MT per day for polyester chips of different grades for yarn, film (including audio and video packaging) and pet bottles.
