Handling Operational equipment purchasing of heavy maintenance items.● Making proper arrangement of manpower, material & other resources for plant operation shutdown & preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance. ●Contracts – Handling ARC/AMC of maintenance job, fabrication job, civil work, repairing work & other services. ● Making strategy for smooth Purchasing of right material from right source at right price.●Vendor development / alternate vendor development for quality & competitive purchasing to avoid vendor’s monopoly & cost optimization.●Co-ordination with R&D, quality department for sourcing support for new product development & sample development.●Proper co-ordination with vendor, user department, store & Finance for smooth procurement function.●Monthly PR & PO review meeting with user departments & monthly meeting with store department & QC department to close purchase related issues.●Maintaining vendor ratings on six month basis & prepare documents for ISO Audit.
