As the Head of Project Management and Engineering I was responsible for the planning, control and monitoring of the engineering of safety solutions and applications from HIMA. Key Responsibilities:•Manages Sales POR, accurate planning & forecasting of shipments every month•Participate in the development of strategic objectives for local, regional and on request for affiliated group companies. •Develop 3 & 5 years business & resource plan.•Drives the team to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of Order Execution.•Develop capabilities and capacities for "Project Management and Engineering" department to fulfil the strategic objectives. The development can be in group subsidiaries or outsourced subcontractors that support project management and engineering •Drive the team to execute the projects effectively and improve project margins. •Manages the overall Projects and drives actions/processes to meet Goals of DSO, Past Dues•Coaching the Project managers to drive the effective execution, cost reduction, margin improvements, cash collection. Continuous Improvement in overall execution.•Regular monitoring & review of Backlog, Inventory, AR and driving actions•Work closely with Procurement Team to ensure timely sourcing of all local buy outs to meet Customer lead time•Resolve customer satisfaction issues and attain a high level of customer satisfaction within India•Develop the direct reports & work on learning & development plans for the team•Responsible for hiring & staffing efficient resources•Develop & maintain procedures & strategies consistent with company practices & objective•Definition / Roll-Out of project management and engineering procedures PDs in order to ensure costs, deadlines and consistent quality •Managing the successful delivery of projects for the Middle east, India, Sub-Saharan Africa, Russia etc. Leading the team of 15 engineers and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:• Manages Sales POR, accurate planning & forecasting of shipments every month• Drives the team to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of Order Execution.• Drive the team to execute the projects effectively and improve project margins. • Manages the overall AR for Flow Products and drives actions/processes to meet Goals of DSO, Past Dues, AR>1-year.• Manage the overall Inventory for Flow Products and drive programs in reducing the inventory levels to meet and exceed ITO Goal• On time delivery of MRO and Project orders and reduction of LD• Implement PMO Processes in India in line with AP. • Coaching the Project managers to drive the effective execution, cost reduction, margin improvements, cash collection. • Continuous Improvement in overall execution for Tier 0, 1 & 2 orders• Regular monitoring & review of Backlog, Inventory, AR and driving actions• Work closely with FSG Procurement Team to ensure timely sourcing of all local buy outs to meet Customer lead time• Resolve customer satisfaction issues and attain a high level of customer satisfaction within India• Responsible for customer loyalty post order• Develop the direct reports & work on learning & development plans for the team• Responsible for hiring & staffing efficient resources• Responsible for maintaining JDE system (IT system) & it’s integrity• Develop & maintain procedures & strategies consistent with company practices & objective• Ensure timely submission of management reports for monthly reviews.• Responsible for managing change order process for customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:• Functioning as the:o Sr. Project Manager for Terminal Automation and Smart Solutions Projects. o An escalation path for project issues and coordinating with the customers for the same• Coordinating with planning & forecasting activity.• Heading PMO office for PAN India Projects. • Review and track Project Revenue, Budget, Cash flow, estimate to complete for All Projects. • Tracking and controlling AR, DSO, and Unbilled revenue. Driving monthly sales and billing. Coaching Project Managers. • Managing risk involved in the projects like technical, financial, customer satisfaction; reporting key metrics & project status to management• Participating in the development of Annual Operating Plans • Forecasting unbilled and providing resolution for the payment disputes• Devising resource plan in coordination with Engineering Lead & ensuring the execution of the same• Delivering high quality projects in a safe manner by identifying, implementing and managing all applicable QMS and HSE policies and processes

Major Areas of Responsibility: Direct project team. Act as the operations focal point. Coordination of planning and forecasting activity. Review sales pipeline. Review and Approve. Lead the planning, coordination and execution of projects . Monitor status of projects, with a focus on assessing risk to the business. Risk management on projects (technical, financial, customer satisfaction) and report to management – key metrics, project status. Validate resource staffing for execution of projects. Responsibility for delivery of operations results. Review and approve estimation at completion for Projects in Nigeria. Interface with customers and act as an escalation path for project issues. Lead and coach the Project team, to drive delivery to achieve customer satisfaction and results. Participate in Annual operating plans for Nigeria Forecast unbilled & coordinate resolution of payment disputes. Develop resource plan with Engineering Lead. Ensure consistent, high quality of project delivery to customers. Ensure skills deployment and knowledge transfer within the project team. Work with other operations functions across the region, including COEs, operations and engineering excellence, supply chain, contract management etc. Identify, implement and manage all applicable QMS and HSE Policies and Processes requirement for delivering high quality Projects in a safe manner. Project and Resource planning.  Contract and subcontract management. Finance and P&L management. Project cash flow management.Projects Handled: Project Title: The EGINA FPSO Integrated Control and Safety System Client: Total Upstream Nigeria Limited Value of the Project: Multi Million US Dollar
