I have a passion for user research, UX/UI design, and visual communication, and I have honed these skills through various projects and internships.**Most recently, I worked as a UX Researcher and UI/UX Designer at SellerGeni in Bangalore. In this role, I bridged the gap between user needs and business goals through a combination of research, design, and social media management.User-Centered Approach: Conducted user research (surveys, interviews) for both SellerGeni's internal projects (e.g., employee culture) and external clients (e.g., understanding pain points of Indian Amazon sellers for SellerGeni).Design & Optimization: Collaborated with developers to improve SellerGeni's onboarding UI/UX for their paid subscription program, increasing user engagement.
