I'm currently involved in developing Zeiss' "Beyond for Online Design System," a ground-breaking initiative that ensures consistent, user-centred design across all online products. Within this dynamic SCRUM team, I am responsible for creating various design elements in Figma along with documentation and coordinating with Developers to build these elements. I perform unmoderated user testing with Maze to further refine these elements, concentrating on complicated components to find user pain points. Key findings are then analysed collaboratively on Miro, which informs the development of full UX research reports published in Frontify. This strategic approach not only promotes accessibility but also generates a consistent and appealing brand story across all touchpoints, improving the user experience.

Championed user experience at CGI Inc. by crafting a comprehensive design system from scratch for the DCX team and establishing a centralized Figma structure. This initiative empowered efficient, consistent design across all projects. Additionally, I championed user-centricity by employing diverse UX methodologies– storyboarding, user journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing – to deliver a range of impactful digital products, including a novel AR-based social application fostering workplace connection.

Leveraged strong visual communication and spatial understanding to develop interactive 3D models and walkthroughs for virtual reality presentations. Adept at collaborating with stakeholders and translating complex concepts into clear visuals, ensuring project alignment and successful execution.

My internship at IIT Guwahati's Design Department on the "Kamakhya Temple Extension" project ignited my passion for User Experience (UX) design. Witnessing the impact of user research (footfall, traffic flow) on shaping user-centered spaces fueled my desire to bring this focus to digital experiences. I actively participated in developing design concepts and 3D visualizations, honing my skills in user understanding, information visualization, and collaborative design thinking. This experience solidified my desire to transition to UX design, where I can continuously advocate for the user's needs.
