Subhashis is instrumental in driving couple of these solutions in particualr - Anti Corruption Solutions and Vendor Risk Management. For both these solutions Axis has very strong credentials already and crack teams driving aggressive global market growth. Subhashis is also responsible for the overall Audit Analytics practice of Axis, which is a signifcant differentiator in Axis's Internal Audit methodology and is a signifcant growth driver for the practice as an independent stand alone solution as well. He is also part of the advisory team on all key Practice matters, such as, talent acquisition channels, people development and retention programs, etc.With overall customer spread in over 50 countries, Subhashis has had the opportunity to work across large parts of the US, Europe and APAC regions, and hence been able to appreciate cultural and language nuances across the globe. Axis' unique "hybrid model of delivery" - on-shore + off shore, is something that has been evolved by Subhashis over time, which today has matured into an extremely efficient, effective and unique remnote site internal audit and compliance review delivery solution for Axis.
