 Created the green field OFMA product to provide business intelligence to consolidation customers and generated $800 K in first year. Hold a patent as a co- inventor for “Simplifying migration from one financial consolidation product to another” (Patent US 20120109805A1)). Conducted Customer beta program in Chicago for 8 customers and 5 sales team members as the secondary leader with the product manager. Created and led quarterly discussion forums with prospective customers, partners and sales teams to develop a strong road-map for the OFMA product. Gracefully sunset the Legacy consolidation product and transitioned 70% customers to the new generation product. Mentored and successfully transitioned product development team of 14 people across tech stack from C++ to Java and eventually take up lead positions in other teams.

 Led the PMO operations of a 130-people offshore development center and achieving a 103% pay for performance score. Structured an effective on-boarding process for new team members into the team leading to a smooth start of the new joiners in the team. Mentored and trained the administrative assistant to become a strong PMO support team member  As project manager for 3 products ensured successful on time delivery of products by bridging the gaps between the various cross functional units involved.

 Represented the company as the technology arm of our US Partner in successfully bidding for $500K to develop a CD based e-learning software for Education K-12 segment. Led the development team of 10 people to successfully develop the assessment engine and build the core Destination Success components in Java web technologies. Institutionalized a strong unit testing and one-point integration process to avoid breakages in code and that resulted in 80% reduction in defects from the testing team Lead developer on a wireless tea tasting solution for the tea tasting industry and successfully deployed at the customers premises using Dragon naturally speaking software for Natural Language processing. Key member of the SEI CMM Level 4 and 5 assessments as an Assessment Team Member and as a Functional Area Representative.

 A unique secure communication infrastructure offering up to 448 bit encryption (Indian Copyright Applied as co-submitter) Led the integration effort with the live NSE stock exchange at customer site for the palmtop based stock broking solution achieving similar performance comparable to the browser-based applications. Turned around customer confidence in a WinCE based product after the customer had wanted to cancel the contract by solving critical issues at the customer site.
