Dealing with entire joining, exit formalities (with proper handover of ID card, belonged gadgets, etc.Completion of Joining Formalities by verifying all the documents of new joiners.Initiating the exit process of the employee.Fixing exit interview with the manager and informing the same to employee. Preparing Relieving & Certificate of Employment Letters for the employee.Preparing sanction memos, transfer letters & getting sanctioned from MD of new appointments at office.Conducting induction & orientation for new joinees at office.Initiating general circulars (policy related) & implementing the same.Processing & follow-up of affidavits for new joinees. Conducting Reference checks &Preparing CTC structures Preparing Appointment Letters, Salary Break Ups, , Contract & Intern Offer Letters, Confirmation Letters.Conducting annual appraisals along with all team leads' co-ordination.Following up with every departments to get their appraisal forms within time line.Analysis of KRAs & updating on the basis of analyzed KRA.Conducting confirmations of probation based employees. Monitoring time keeping (In & Out) function.Updating master data & salary break up of new recruits .Processing salary as per maintained attendance record, leave record (CL/PL), additions, deductions (advances, loans, TDS) etc. Ensuring salary disbursement as per time line.Preparing department wise salary summery, salary transfers bank statements, generation & distribution of salary slips.Processing Bonus payments, leave encashment, salary certificates, loans & advances, etc.Processing Full & final Settlements along with dues settlements, balanced encashment, bonus, gratuity, etc. Preparing relieving, experience letters, file closures of left employees.Co-ordination & sorting out the employees salary & other queries if any.PF & MLWF related statements & Challans, etc.Filing of PF, ESIC related forms, etc
