As a current MBA intern at TATA STEEL KALINGANAGAR, specializing in HR i have had the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge and gain valuable work experience in the field. I demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and engage with individuals at all levels of the organization. In my role, i have participating in recruitment processes, conducting interviews and interacting with the workers and collecting data and understanding the hiring process and i am aimed at boosting and motivating myself.As a intern i am honor and i have gained valuable insight into HR policies and procedures and making recommendations for improvement. And working with TATA group a dream comes true this experience has allowed me to develop a strong attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends. My internship at TATA STEEL KALINGANAGAR, as an MBA student specializing in HR has provided me with a well- rounded understanding of HR managements and the opportunity to contribute to real-world HR projects.
