• Provide database supports 24 x 7 working with client and provide solution to client. • Working on Incident Management, Problem tickets, change requests deliver assign change within stipulated time limit. • Evolving client escalation call. • Primary responsibilities are to manage production/UAT database environments to ensure high system availability • Working On database Performance issues, SQL tuning, Analysis AWR report. • Working backup and backup issues like tuning backup. • Working on export /Import assignment. Same as data migration. • Working Daily Adhoc request from customer like taking logical backup, backup issues, adding users, providing grant. • Working on different Data guard issues (Physical and logical standby) and setup. • Working on Migration and Patching activity. • Identify the invalid objects and compile them. • Creating & dropping the Restore points on the Databases as Required. • Transfer the different levels of data between databases using export/import. • Monitoring ASM Disk groups usage and adding Candidate Disks based on requirement
