Dr. Subhashree Sanyal is presently serving as Assistant Professor of Social Work at Visva Bharati,Santiniketan, West Bengal. In the past she has served for 3 years as Assistant Professor of Social Work in Assam [Central] University; Silchar. She has briefly served as Assistant Professor in Social Work at University of Delhi.She has completed her PhD in Social Work from Delhi School of Social Work; University of Delhi and Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She has been involved as a consultant to various Non-Profits like , ICRW, UNICEF, World Comics India, Operations Smile and many more. She is associated with different Academic Institutions and Adjunct Faculty.Dr Sanyal has notable publications to her credit in different national and international journals and books. Few notable contributions include in journals like Social Change by Sage Publications, Perspective in Social Work and in edited volumes like Rawat, Concept and Routledge [Taylor and Francis Group].
