• Data analysing of premium, dues (Monthly/Yearly) etc. • MIS preparation• Leading team of size 3 people for renewal collection & servicing • Convincing customer with efficient manner• Maintaining YTD figure of conversion ration• Achieving Daily/Monthly/Yearly target of renewals• Communication with Head Office & Managers regarding various customer's problem. • Reinstate the lapse policies (after renewed the policies) • Maintaining Declaration of Good Health form (DGH) of six months above lapse policies • Solving customer's queries over phone etcOperations (Back office) :-• Policy Servicing (i.e Surrender, Claim Settlement, Fund Switching, Name & Address correction, Name correction etc..)• Checking of filled proposal form & Making Business Illustration (BI) of Products.• Scrutiny sheet of Products• Address Verification of customer• Receipting & cashiering of policies• Data entry • Requirement (Non medical/Medical) follow-up with customer, Sales Manager, Head Office etc.• Maintaining YTD/MTD new business figure etc. • Other miscellaneous pending jobs
