Optimal deployment of resources to meet the monthly and yearly targets.  Ensuring Zero customer complaints and FTR approach in manufacturing operation. Looking after ongoing automation project activities (ASRS Commissioning and Silo storage facility of 3000 tons capacity) to ensure on time completion to enhance capacity of plant. Reviewing KPI, Rework, Batch Cycle time, Process cost and OEE periodically to ensure 100% OTIF. Implementation of manufacturing excellence concepts like TPM, Kaizen, CANDO and Poka Yoke in plant operation. Responsible for conducting performance review of sub ordinates, identifying Training needs and action plan for improvements.  Excellent communication and people management skills that have been honed through managing a team of 80 professionals and 3 workers unions (team of 400 workforce) without any IR issues.
