Roles and Responsibilities:During Support Period: Roles played as a shift lead & manage P1 & P2 call.Being Primary System owner for the system CLM & Database used to own every technical activity.JAR files deployment, XML log transfer from CLM system.Day to day operation.Root Cause Analysis. System monitoring from Solution Manager using DSWP t-code.Working on internal & external transport using STMS, Manually from OS Level.Job testing in BOE system & LDAP job schedule from Enterprise Manager.Batch job creation.Checking system performance issue.Quality & Staging system refresh with Integration.Increase DB table space.DB crontab schedule for backup retention period as per client requirement.Done hands-on for all support related work. Daily updating incident to adhere SLA.Worked on Problem Management to provide RCA.During implementation Period:Build the ECC, SCM with LC & optimizer system.Database Backup strategy.Stabilization of systems. Worked on Knowledge Transfer.Create automated script from AIX level for daily generate backup report.Failover testing.

During Support Period:User Creation.Authorization checking and assign to appropriate user.Profile creation & role define.All system monitoring.Working on internal transport using STMS.Daily & weekly DB backup checking. Batch job creation & scheduling.Spool request checking & delete over limit spool request.Disaster Recovery (DR) side implementation.Checking all system performance SAP & Non-SAP.Managerial related work:Playing role as a Team Leader, managing team of 75 peoples in four regions.Handling Team Member to Process the Work & many types of Non-SAP jobs.Resolve issue regarding SAP & Non-SAP related throughout India & UK in Saregama location through remote.Scheduling weekly team meeting with all team members.Vendor management.Daily follow up activity for DR site implementation with HP & Tata Tele Communication. Implementation related work:DR (Disaster Recovery) side implementation.Log Shipping.
