-Brief sales representatives on sales targets within a specific timeframe and guide them at every step in order to help them achieve those targets.-Improve brand awareness in the designated territory to bring more sales for the company.-Keep an eye on the sales activity of competitors and plan strategies to stay ahead of them.-Report to the head of sales of the company about the ongoing sales activity and achievement metrics.-Discover business opportunities and improve sales strategies, analyse market trends, customer information, and competitor data.-Cultivate and maintain positive connections with clients and important accounts.

-Establish linkages and work in close coordination with the National Project Manager. Assist the National Project Manager in planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of all the project activities in Odisha.-Foster partnerships with key state government and relevant technical institutions working on rural development in Odisha.-Prepare detailed workplans for the State, outlining key activities, deliverables and their timelines for the State.-Coordinate with national team and other state teams under the project to share lessons and experiencesManage and track contracts with project partners and flag any potential risks and suggest its mitigation measures. Ensure timely contract management and payments.-Undertake review meetings with partners and field visits to track progress made in implementation of the project and take corrective action as required.-Review quality and consistency of reports and deliverables by partner institutions/ responsible parties including financial reports from all project partners.-Prepare quarterly project progress reports, provide necessary information.-Supervise the work of team members or consultants, as may be recruited under the Project at the state level.

Developing detailed sales forecasting and oversee sales performance analysis and reporting. Administer of Asia Pacific Japan & India (APJI) region for quarterly sales incentive, compensation plan and goal setting process.Providing support to sales leaders of APJI region and closely work with different IBU Heads. Develop and deploy full funnel sales tracking, while providing continuous oversight of these metrics- identifyingareas for improvement and holding the team for accountable targets.
