• Implementation and support of American Express Technical Travel products into the customer environment. This includes Online Booking Tools, Third Party Online travel products, Profile tools and other technical business travel products.• Liaison with both internal and external customers, some of which include site administrators, technology vendors and Online/Offline travel operations, and work closely with other teams within the business including: Product Development teams, Operations teams, Customer Facing Implementation Teams and Sales/Client Management.• Provide maintenance for existing online travel sites, profile tools etc • Focusing on the implementation of accounts in the JAPA region including configuring and customizing of online booking tools, profile tools etc.• Manage and lead the implementation process – on a client basis.• Maintain and update existing Implementation Process.• Potentially conduct Site Admin calls with the Site Administrator where required.• Adhoc projects as required.
