Head of the Software & IT Services sector coverage team

• Handling various research engagements, the main thrust being on financial analysis and financial modeling• Developing bottom up financial models to aid in economic feasibility analysis• Screening of sector-specific companies and preparation of detailed profiles covering financial as well as non-financial parameters• Creating information memorandums for potential investors in sell M&A transactions• Tracking institutional and real estate fund activity available in IREI, PEREnews, and Preqin and logging news feeds, investments in real estate funds and dialogues between real estate fund managers and investors in Salesforce database

• Managing internal audit assignments at different companies belonging to various sectors like FMCG, Healthcare and Industrial manufacturing• Supervising field engagements, designed audit approaches and lead audit engagements comprising of more than 5 team members• Liaising with CFOs and finance controllers to resolve field audit issues• Oversight of routine control functions at enterprises across diverse industries• Conducting process reviews and identifying lacunae inherent in them• Evaluation of propriety of expenditure and efficiency of fund utilization in relation to projects funded by the World Bank• Appraisal of protocol pertaining to various corporate functions, guidance in development of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and scrutiny of adherence to said SOP
