Subhendu joined Verolt in May'21 after working with them as consultant for the last few months. He is owner of building this new Business Unit from scratch. This BU focuses on the Enterprise Applications like Salesforce and SAP. Subhendu is responsible for all aspects of business, including branding, marketing, hiring, delivery management, customer management, P&L and overall strategy. As part of his business plan, besides growing the Pune Center, he is opening up a new unit in Kolkata to tap the latent talent there and to provide a great opportunities for Kolkata consultants to be part of a potent pan-India services start-up.Between Sept’20 and Apr’21, Subhendu was working with few firms as an independent management consultant, guiding them on their start-up journey, or helping them to mature their Professional Services Organization. He is an advisor on customer management, large scale enterprise implementation and P&L Management. He is also part of an expert panel, interacting with various customers on a need-by basis.

Runs the Global Center of Excellence, which consists of Functional and Technical Architects, responsible for providing solutions to the customers' core business problems. Icertis, is a leader in the contract lifecycle management category. Have been responsible for growing the professional services unit 3 times in the last 2 years in size and revenue. Responsible for the overall project delivery, and is directly involved in the solutioning of the most complex customer implementations. A hands-on, solution oriented executive who loves building perfoming teams and solving customers' business problems.

Subhendu has joined as one of the leaders of the Contract Management space "Icertis", a start-up firm till sometime back, to help them develop their professional services unit. His experience and expertise in this area has led them to bring a method to the madness of implementing the product at various customer sites. It is a very exciting journey to see and be part of the company who are growing in leaps and bounds. Besides looking after the management aspects, Subhendu is now an expert of this application and help design and implement the solution at some of Icertis' marque clients.

Subhendu was brought in from Oracle to manage the digital transformation of JDA’s core business applications to a cloud based platform. Besides his management role, Subhendu played the role of a solution architect in large transformation programs.Subhendu manages the development & support of all the business applications in JDA. He was responsible for strategy, P&L, budget, delivery management, people management, system ownership, & consulting guidance. The 35-odd applications under him can be broadly grouped under 5 heads – 1) Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer Portal, Apttus OTC, Cloud 9), 2) PeopleSoft (FMS, HCM, CRM, EP), 3) Workday (HRM, Finance, Tenrox T&E), 4) Analytics & Mobility (Business Intelligence, CIP, Informatica MDM, Mobile Apps), 5) Knowledge Management & Portals (.Net, SharePoint)Subhendu was heading the ‘Projects’ portfolio across the above functional/ technological areas from CoE. He is responsible for strategizing, planning & executing the several roadmap projects for the company.• He played the role of Solution Architect in the OTC/CPQ project • He has been the ‘System Owner’ of all the PeopleSoft applications• Guided 2 different project teams that won the JDA Pillar Team award (best project) in 2011 and 2012 • Subhendu reports to the VP. There are 4 PMs/Managers reporting directly to Subhendu. Team involved contractors from big consulting firms.
