ATC, Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, is one of the leading Telecom Tower Companies in the world. Having joined Essar Telecom Infrastructure, got transferred to ATC- India as a result of acquisition of ETIPL by ATC in Aug2010. At ATC, as National Account Manager, was responsible for the Sales and Collections of the Corporate Accounts of Operators that include BSNL, MTNL, Videocon, Uninor, Loop Telecom and Aircel. Additionally also handled Contract negotiations and involved in negotiating bulk contracts and fixed energy based deals with all Operators. Handled all Master Service Agreements negotiations, RFQs and Govt. Tenders and and other Corporate Business Development activities.

ETIPL, having IP-1 license from Govt. of India, was involved in setting up the passive Telecom Site Infrastructure for various Telecom Operators under BOOL (Build-Own-Operate-Lease) Method and was the second largest Independent IP-1 in the sector, those days. I was responsible for the Sales and Business Development of this Organisation which had its operations in 15 Telecom Circles in India. Initially I was responsible for the Sales and BD of the 6 Telecom Circles in the Noth and East India and Delhi based Corporate Accounts (Airtel, Aircel, Shyam, BSNL, Datacom, S Tel). Subsequently also handled all the National Corporate Accounts (incl. that of Mumbai based Accounts like Voda, Rel, Idea, Tata, MTNL & Loop). I was also additionally responsible for Mar. Com. Activities, Product Development, including the DOT USO Fund and BSNL Tender bidding and related activities from the Corporate Office. Served the Company till ETIPL got acquired by American Tower Corporation in Aug2010.

I was instrumental in Commercial launch of Broadband Data Services through Cable Modem Technology Network in Orissa. I headed the Data (Internet) Services Division and used to be responsible for Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and overall Business Development for this Division, reporting to the CEO and the Management.

BPLNET.COM LTD., later changed to BPL Internetworks Ltd., was an Category-A ISP having its presence in over 20 cities and metros of India for providing Internet, Broadband Services in addition to varius other Services like VPN, ISDN, Web Hosting and Server Co- location, Enterprise Solutions Mangement, etc. I was responsible for architecting Enterprise based solutions and offering consultancy for customers in Western and Northern Regions of India.

BPL Broadband Networks Ltd. was involved in setting up OFC Network across India for launcing NLD & ILD Telecom Network. I was responsible for the market reserch, product Development, marketing and designing of Business model for the services.

SPANCO Telesystems and Solutions, at the time of employment, was a part of the Shyam Telecom Ltd. and also had tie ups with PlanetCast International (Erst. Essel Shyam Communications Ltd.) for providing VSAT Network and Services and various Radio based Communications Network. SPANCO was a turnkey WAN Solution Provider. I was responsible for business tie ups with various National and International OEMs for providing Turnkey based services and solutions, Product Development, Market Launch of Products, Govt. Tender management, Liaison with various Govt. & Telecom bodies for various approvals (like SACFA, WPC, MTNL, DoT, etc.) for Spread Spectrum/ TDMA Radio based and ISDN/ Leased Circuit and solution architecting for Turnkey based solution. My most accomplished activities include, tie-up and Indian Commercial market launch of Cisco based Spread Spectrum Radio (coined as iSPAN), Cor -Dect, DIAS for the first time in India and managing the implementation of 80 + VSAT based VSAT Network for Maharashtra Police.

Responsible for Sales and Marketing for providing LAN based solutions and maintenance of LAN.
