Army’s Night Eagle (IR; for IED emplacement/activity detection with 330+ finds), Desert Owl (EO/IR and Radar; for IED emplacement detection with 100+ finds) and BETSS-C (EO; for force protection); Air Force’s C-IED (IR and SAR; for IED activity detection); and DARPA Combat Zones That See (EO; for force protection).• Won (PI) DARPA (STO) and NRO (Director’s Innovation Initiative, twice) programs in the past three years executing from conception to delivery in the areas of multi-agent system in constructive machine battles, and novel and rare entity and event detection in space and ground-based surveillance data that have opened new R&D opportunities.• Outstanding proposals over $25M in FY24 as PI/Co-PI/TL to DARPA, AFRL, Navy, IWTSD and ARPA-H. Past clients include ONR, NGA, IARPA, USSOCOM, IWTSD, JIEDDO, OSD as well as commercial organizations.• Directed engineering teams to develop cutting edge technologies in ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) applications; generative AI for multi-agent systems and human-machine teaming involving LLMs, reinforcement learning & simulators; novel CV and AI commercial applications.• Led initiatives to establish and fortify market positions in areas of security and ISR through technological and product innovations, and technical/project management.
