• Responsible for delivery against all Service Levels Agreements and projects against time, cost, quality and margin• Lead , manage projects and delivery commitments.• Work with stakeholders and cross functional teams to undertake full process reviews, gather requirements and assess feasibility of re-engineering opportunities.• Experience in Service Now Discovery module and with experience in implementations of ServiceNow • Responsible for ServiceNow audit and SOX compliance• Manage change roadmap and prioritization; oversee execution, testing and readiness• Oversee people, process and technology changes and required change management• Analyze voice of customer to identify improvements • Delivering an upward trend in Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT ) results• Manage service incidents and escalations (root cause, awareness/escalation, communication, resolution, and action plans to prevent repeat scenario) • Establish, Refine and Monitor KPI performance, variance commentary and actions to improve• Meet the efficiency targets as applicable• Responsible for all aspects of team management including Planning, Recruitment, Skills Development and Performance Evaluation• Responsible for building partner relationships and quality assuring their delivery to ensure a seamless end to end service to the Client
