As a lead experience designer, I apply multi-disciplinary skills across various aspects of the design function ranging from UX strategy, User Research & Analysis, Collaborative design, Interaction Design to User Testing and DesignOps.

As Creative Lead - Corporate Strategy & Planning, I helped establish and maintain best in class standards across all touch points of the Srei brand - Ranging from internal to customer facing websites, collateral, annual reports and various other digital artefacts. I engaged in digital content strategy and governance as well - working with third party service providers and agencies, representing Srei as a technical and strategic liaison, given my multi-disciplinary experience across many projects. I was actively involved in requirements gathering and project planning for various engagements, interfacing with clients via discovery workshops - with the key goal to contribute as part of the creative think-tank in the organisation.

I've been part of TechCEED (Technical Competency Enhancement for Enabling Development) a function aligned with the Central Delivery Office(CDO) at HCL technologies. Key responsibility was design for visual communication i.e websites, portals, emailers and eLearning platforms across the organization. KRAs included conceptualization and creative design, UX design for various B2E engagements across HCL.

Web Designer at 'Cognizant Interactive', then known as 'Content & Design Services', aligned with the Advanced Solutions Practice(ASP) group at Cognizant Technology Solutions Ltd. My role primarily involved UI design for a range of B2B and B2C engagements with clients across various business domains involving front end development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Code validation, Compliance testing etc.) and visual design.
