Responsibilities> As Lead Discipline Engineer, ensured conformity of C&S deliverables to organisational safety & quality standards, while meeting Project cost & delivery schedule targets> During Basic & Detailed Engineering (FEL2, FEL3 & FEL4) stages, coordinated with all stakeholders of E&P to ensure capturing of all requirements at the outset, interface matching for unimpeded execution, no/ minimum revisions in C&S drawings, and delivery of C&S documents & drawings as per Schedule> Reviewed Plant Layout to understand scope & suggested layout optimisation and changes necessary for brownfield execution, avoiding interferences & utilising existing structures as far as practicable> Prepared in-house and reviewed Consultants' and Vendors' C&S technical specifications, cost estimates, engineering schedule and execution plan of C&S deliverables during Basic Engineering (FEL2 & FEL3) stages> Reviewed and commented Mechanical Assignment drawings to ensure completeness and correctness of inputs required for Structural GA drawing generation, and ensured accuracy of load data> During Detailed Engineering (FEL4) Stage, prepared in-house and reviewed Consultants' and Vendors' design, Tekla 3D Models, GA drawings for various structures in different units of steel plants and mines> Providing input & connection details for Tekla 3D Models, & reviewing models in Trimble Connect> Reviewed and issued marking and fabrication/ shop drawings; resolved forthwith RFI’s from fab shopMajor Projects> 10 MTPA Coal Expansion Project at TSL West Bokaro mines> Iron Ore Processing Plants at TSL Joda & Noamundi mines> Concept design of short span FRP Foot Bridges & Walkways for corrosive industrial areas> Extension of Scrap Aisle at SMS- TSK> Slag Splashing project for LD#1 & LD#2 – TSJ> Screening & Torch-cutting of LD-Slag for Marketable Product – TSJ> Replacement of Boiler#3 at Power House#4 – TSJ> 500 TPH Iron Ore Fines Conveyor Project – TSL, Joda Iron Ore Mines
