General Manager - Grant Management
CurrentKey job responsibilities – • To ensure efficient management of multi-regional grant projects • To anchor liaisoning and coordination between Fund Raising, Program, Compliance and Finance teams. • To support creation of annual operating plans and grant budgets;• To ensure delivery of outcomes and compliance at project level and report in sync with donor reporting protocol;• To create and anchor the governance process and operational systems for grant projects to ensure 100% grant utilization;• Managing Overseas (CRY America and CRY UK) grant projects; • Inputting into program strategy development and financial analysis in sync with grant program objectives;• Manage Grant Management Records, Audit Documentation and Project Management records.
