Liquidity riskand any project related risk or any other related risks and after assessing the risks by undergoing thorough analysis of the company/ firm from the:-1) Annual reports using exhaustive financial analysis, 2)Other data sources and operational parameters from the company, 3) Client/ management interaction, 4) Plant visits, 5) Bankers interaction, 6) Auditor’s interaction, 7) Inter firm comparison and 8) Industry/sector analysis, a risk model is created to analyze the risks associated with the company/firm and finally arrive at a rating for the same. The work also included preparing credit notes for each of these clients containing detailed analysis done earlier.
