Debtor management is one of the biggest issues with them, since much of the business is done on credit. The project was aimed at improving Financial Control (Debtors Management) within the organization to facilitate better customer account management. For each account the financial data was analyzed to determine the creditworthiness of customer account based on the financial pattern. The Project also involved credit monitoring and control for each of those accounts.Responsibility: Management and Integrated Management System of Customer Accounts at Tata Steel• My responsibilities included Analysis of financial data• Improve Financial Control (Debtors Management) within the organization to facilitate better customer account management• Evaluate the credit worthiness of the customers based on the financial patterns and fix credit limits of the customers
