It was more than manufacturing; it was about achieving precision that could stand the test of time.Moving to Tech Mahindra in 2019, I honed my people skills, learning to navigate customer needs and expectations with the same ease as troubleshooting a network issue. These experiences were fundamental in shaping the professional I am today.Currently, as a Junior Engineer at GTPL-KCBPL, my days are filled with networking challenges - from monitoring to maintenance, my hands-on experience and CCNA knowledge ensure top-notch network performances. And yes, configuring routers and switches has become second nature to me.
