The primary goal of this master's thesis is to devise a machine learning-based method to give patients health scores based on their long term electrocardiographic data. 1. Real-time ECG data are being collected2. Data will be preprocessed to remove outliers and extract useful features from themModels will be trained and then they will be tested based on these real-time ECG data to give a health score to patients.The main goal is to analyse if a holistic health score can be assigned to patients based on these ECG data.

During this internship, my main focus was to develop a predictive machine learning model for the detection of IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) 6 months in advance along with the evaluation of the performance of the best machine learning models while interpreting the results.1. Extracted features from huge amount(in billions) of health data2. Handled sparsity in the data3. Explored patterns of different features and analysed them separately4. Prepared aggregated features and handled missing values and outliers5. Trained models and figured out the best model on the basis of evaluation metrics6. Figured out feature importance based on SHAPley value analysis7. Presented the results to the targetted audiences

In this role, I was responsible for migrating data from Postgres based system to SAP Hana with the help of Apache NIFI. A huge amount of medical data had to be migrated between the instances and a proper pipeline had to be prepared for different tables present in the databases.
