I have dedicated 20 years of my career to Impact Products, starting in 2004 and steadily progressing to a significant role within the company. My growth within the organization can be attributed to my strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills, as well as my proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. This language proficiency has been instrumental in bridging the communication gap between our American clients and the Chinese professionals who support them.Throughout my tenure, I have had the privilege of leading Impact's expansion efforts, resulting in a tenfold increase in revenues, a threefold growth in staff and technical capabilities, and the establishment of vital new departments. However, I believe that these achievements are the collective effort of the entire team and not solely my own.
