Discussion and holding meetings with different stakeholders; preparation of Land Acquisition Plan; conducting base line socio-economic and census surveys to assess the impacts on the people, properties and Providing guidelines to the DSCs for preparation of Mitigating Gender Plan, Resettlement Plan; Disclosure of Entitlement Matrix and budget for the Affected Persons, structures, land and Livelihood; providing guide line to the DSCs for Poverty and Social Impact Assessment Studies (for road and transport Sub-project. 38 road Sub-projects in Srinagar and 18 in Jammu in Transport sector).Responsible for identification of mechanisms to improve project designs to meet the needs of loss of livelihood and to establish the benchmark for monitoring of R&R activities; assessing the impact of the project on the poor and vulnerable groups along the project road corridor; based on the identified impacts, develop an entitlement matrix for the project affected people; preparation of implementation budgets, sources and timing of funding and schedule of tasks
