About Subimal Saha

Joined Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre at Kolkata in 1975 after completion of B. Tech 9 Hons) in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur. I was engaged in development of special transformers, high stability power converters, superconducting magnet technology, cryogenic plants, electrical substations, superconducting cyclotron( K-500), Medical cyclotron for production of radio isotopes for nuclear diagnosis, accelerator technology,radiation medicine for diagnosis and therapy of cancer etc. Presently looking after in kind contribution from India in FAIR Project at Darmstad, Germany.
