Today it is part of the LafargeHolcim group, the largest in the global building materials industry.As one of the foremost companies in the Indian cement and concrete industry, we at ACC are driven by the inherent need of providing products and solutions that will create the new economic, social and institutional infrastructure in one of the fastest growing economies of the world.I am focused in Primary and Secondary Logistics:Managing logistics operations by coordinating with C&F Agents and transporters to achieve seamless, cost-effective movement of consignment and timely delivery of orders.Identification of transporters ,negotiation and finalization.Overseeing the dispatch of materials to the network and ensuring adherence to documentation and internal norms.Insurance claim processing for damages.Clearing goods with shortest possible time in Rail heads to avoid Demurrages.Laisioning with clearing agents/ Govt Authorities.Coordinating with Plants for movement of goods to each depot with less cost and less lead.Ensuring safety and security in each transshipment.

Asian Paints manufactures a wide range of paints for decorative and industrial use.Focused in following sectors/ area @ Asian PaintsWAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT :Managing the operations of warehouses in the North Kerala region through CFA's.Monitoring the functions of receipts and issues.Inventory control, storage and handling of 2000skus. Controlling effective material handling through proper stacking & adopting FIFO/Safety measures at storage locations to enable smooth and timely movement of stocks through the network. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:Monthly updating of demand plan by coordinating with the Regional Manager and Area Managers.Analysis of non-moving and slow moving items, stock out items and monitoring of the excess stock and reconciliation of stock. Co-ordination with regional distribution center for additional requirement of material.MIS & VENDOR MANAGEMENT :Preparation of MIS reports like regional monthly go-down report, customer service initiative report etc.Identification of vendors.Negotiation, Finalization and release of purchase orders.Processing of vendor bills

Handling Payroll processing of more then 1500 employees Preparation of Salary Register, Income Tax, PF & PT Reports. Loan account Maintenance, Recoveries &Reconciliation. Day to day interaction and query resolution with clients. Company database setup and documentation Monthly payroll planning & processing Quality assurance of reports/adhering to ISO standards Generating Monthly MIS Reports Preparation of annual return of Form 24 & Form 16. Handling Client queries Meticulous verification of Investments Proofs & Other related documents at the time of year-end.
