Responsible for maintaining CT and MI systems installed in various parts of Gujarat in India. Also responsible for DICOM and HL7 integration of Modalities in the region as per requirement. Responsible for Installation and configuration of GE insite/ilinq connectivity in the region. Support Digital service team in installation and configuration of Routers and Backend for remote connectivity.

Bengaluru Area, India

Installing, commissioning,servicing and maintaining Imaging modalities Designing and Implementing the DICOM and HL7 integrations in PACS. Troubleshoot and resolve PACS and Modalities DICOM/Networking problems. Give support to Sales team and Application Engineers in modification of system options as per customer requirement.Design and implement Siemens Remote Service on every system through appropriate methods. Also support customer in configuring their network for implementing SRS. Support other Field Engineers in Southern region for configuring Remote Service and co-ordinate with Headquarters team for escalations. Give Level 2 support to other Field engineers for the escalations related to System software and Service software. Give Level 2 support to other Field engineers for DICOM, HL7 and Network related cases. And also implement integration of DICOM and HL7 nodes with PACS. Maintain the testing Lab’s in Siemens Technology Services and give inputs to the Service software design team as per their requirement and the needs of users.
