Roles And Responsibilities• Requirement analysis, feasibility study, application architecture and design• Introduced and implemented the concept of having a centrally hosted application which can support multiple organizations and multiple functions like Sales, Motor, Medical, etc• Designed and developed Sales CRM for Nasco Insurance Group which leads to improvement in sales by managing the sales process in stages like Lead, Prospect, Opportunity and finally closing the business as account. The project provides state of art features like in-memory reports, excellent charts using AmCharts library, email integration, etc.• Designed and implemented a highly scalable architecture which allows a centrally hosted application to be used by multiple organizations of Nasco Insurance group. This lead to considerable saving of infrastructure and software development cost. • Implemented the Google Material Design along with responsive website for amazing UI experience• Designed the quotation workflow module for Motor Underwriting team. This module allows the UW to create dynamic products and covers from admin screens. Implemented an in memory state of art rules engine calculation framework which allows the UW admin to create rules. • Handling the change management and release pipeline of existing core system with the software vendor. This involves prioritizing the CR along with tracking and deployment of changes.• Introduced the concept of Agile and continuous project delivery using sprints.
