In my first company, I started out originally as a web development intern. I was assigned to an urgent android project within the same organization. Being new not only to android development but to programming at that level, it took me 6 months to be awarded the star performer award for my work and contribution. Today, backed with strong analytical skills and a broad range of platform experiences including extensive experience in and working as a developer with 4 years of specialization in Mobility Projects, especially the Android platform.I worked with Quinnox Consultancy Services for 3 years as a Software Engineer focusing on Android and other mobile technologies. Looking for a different challenge, I decided to work with Rolta India Ltd as a mobile technology developer, focusing primarily as an android developer. Throughout my experience, I learned a great deal about Java Technology Stack especially Core Java, J2EE and mobile computing technologies like Android, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Being an integral part of the project management team on projects that I have worked on, I was able to learn and implement project management techniques.And I have always been awarded and appreciated for my hard work. Having won multiple individual and team awards has only fueled my hard work. Constantly learning and improving, I have strived to be the best resource to every development team that I have been a part. The fact that I have been always been among the younger members of all the teams I have been a part of, speaks of my ability to stand with people with much more experience and knowledge. It is with this hunger for better and harder challenges, that I embark on my current chapter of my professional career.Roles and responsibilities executed throughout the career include that of planning, estimation, scheduling, tracking, designing, development, mentoring, requirement analysis & risk mitigation.
