Responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of NFA’s strategic and work plans, and associated monitoring and evaluation; and representing NFA at national, regional and international meetings, consultations and other forums.

Forum for Women, Law and Development (FWLD) is an autonomous, non-profit, non-governmental organization established on May 29, 1995 to work for the protection, promotion and enjoyment human rights. In order to eliminate all forms of discrimination, FWLD uses law as an instrument to ensure the rights of women, children, minorities and all other marginalized groups. I worked as a Program Coordinator in a project related to the issues of Citizenship in Nepal.

Biruwa Ventures provides an entrepreneurial atmosphere for sharp and driven individuals to interact, and the space to share and nurture their ideas into sustainable ventures. Working as the in-house legal expert, I provided the necessary legal assistance to startups in their various stages of growth. I was involved in drafting agreements, registration of such companies, compliance process as well as providing legal advice in various matters.

Company Registration, Compliance, Agreements, Legal Research

I worked in the Law Firm on a part time basis and perform the assigned task by my superior. I was engaged in preparing documents related to commercial law from company registration papers to Intellectual Property registration papers.

Working as an intern in the Apex Court of Nepal, along with my co-intern we are currently engaged in research of the decisions of the Supreme Court that were returned to the court of first instance for various reasons.

In my 5th Year of Law School in Kathmandu School of Law, I also did my internship in the same institution. Along with my co-intern we were responsible to draft the curriculum guidelines of the Clinical Course of the LL. B 2nd Year students, and also provided necessary assistance for their research. We successfully organized the 16 Days Campaign to End Violence Against Women. In addition we took a few introductory classes of the LL. B 1st Year students.

Nepalese Law Students' Association is the umbrella organization of law students in Nepal. It organizers various programs to promote the skills and knowledge of law students.
