My teaching style, centred on interactive workshops, fosters active learning and encourages students to apply concepts to real-world scenarios. The two main courses I deliver are:Strategic Interventions in Organisation Development: Here, students are exposed to a variety of strategic intervention models and methodologies relevant to Organisation Development. We focus on understanding how these interventions can catalyse meaningful change, support growth, and enhance overall organisational performance.Systems Thinking: This course offers students a comprehensive understanding of holistic, interconnected frameworks. We examine how complex systems within organisations interact, behave, and influence each other. Students learn to employ the principles and models of systems thinking effectively to assess and intervene in organisational systems.Given the wide experience range of my students, from 6 years to over 20 years, my teaching approach is tailored to accommodate and engage diverse backgrounds. This broad spectrum of professional experiences within each cohort enriches class discussions, leading to a deeper understanding of the complexity and nuances of Organisation Development Show less
