Provide supervision and assistance to all Front Office Staff.To ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the localarea and know what is happening in the hotel on a daily basis.To ensure our guests receive a fast, efficient and friendly check-inand check out.To ensure all guest queries or requests are handled in a polite,efficient manner and a high level of customer service is consistentlymaintained.To ensure a high level of liaison is maintained between Front Desk andall other departments with in the hotel.To ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain anawareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel to maximize roomsales and revenue for the hotel.Replacing Night Auditor on his off days.

Checks in the arriving guest and checks out the departing guests in afriendly and caring manner according to the Standards.Handles all front office cashier's transactions such as posting chargesto guests, taking room payment and exchanging foreign currency.Answers all guest requests and questions in a friendly and caringmanner.Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping departmentby notifying them of all group check-outs, late check-outs.Possesses a working knowledge of the room reservation proceduresand takes reservations and cancellations if required.

Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations.Assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit,or credit.Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputedcharges.Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms forcheckin.Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computersystem
