• Associated with Modernisation of Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP-SAIL) in Raw Material Handling Complex Package (R.M.H.C.) and Basic Oxygen Furnace Package (B.O.F.). The work was awarded to the consortium comprising of M/s Mannesman Demag (MDH), Germany, TPE of USSR, DODSAL, HSCL and BTS.• Engaged in Design and Checking of G.A. and Detail drawings for various structures. • Different Track Foundations, Earth Retailing Walls. • Underground and overground Tunnels for Conveyors, Trestle Foundation of Conveyor Galleries, Junction House.• Hopper, Ferro Alloy Storage.• Electrical Control Room, Sub-stations, Pump Houses, Other Buildings. • Pile, Pile Cap for heavy bldg. column foundation. • Heavy equipment foundation for both Static and Dynamic loading e.g. Compressor Foundation, Crusher House. • Layout, Design & details of different Plant Roads, Drainage & Culverts. • Conveyor Gallery, Junction House, Gantry Girder.• Design Cell Jobs, Concrete Quantity Estimation Job, Extra Claim Job, As Built Drawing Job.• Tendering for different jobs e.g. OSCOM Project, ISRO Project.• Interacted with other departments, consortium members, client (DSP-SAIL) and Consultant (MECON).• BTS Durgapur Site Office as and when required to sort out problems both technical and co-ordination. • Associated with modernisation of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP – SAIL) in Raw Material Handling System (RMHS package) and Hot Strip Mill (HSM) package.
