The main responsibilities consist of:•Overall project management starting from business development till the implementation, •Responsible to treat the specific project as profit centre and ensure that they implement methods to value engineer the operations, optimum manpower, actively participate in business development and motivate the team members to increase efficiency and productivity, •To manage, lead and train the engineering team to gain Operational Excellence and in achieving the target and goals set, •Estimation and technical pre bid evaluations, •Achieving revenue, gross profit targets, Sales and forecasting, •Controlling of employed asset and inventory, •Deployment of Procedures in the division for enhancing skill & career development of the subordinates, •Preparation of monthly MIS reports, •Project Management and co-ordination, •Helping Project Team in estimation and coordination for site activities , •Liaising with the Principles, •Administration

• Helping Sales in estimation and technical pre bid evaluations• Achieving revenue, gross profit targets and forecasting• Controlling of employed asset • Help grow the systems & service business in terms of technical support as and when required• Being a part of customer satisfaction reviews• Deployment of Six Sigma Projects in the region• Regular site meetings along-with project/service engineers• Preparation of monthly MIS reports• Project Management• Helping Service Team in estimation and coordination for preventive and predictive maintenance• Helping system designing• Administration

• Achieving revenue targets and forecasting• Engineering and material management• Coordination with client and other agencies• Commissioning of airconditioning and ventilation system• Regular site meetings alongwith project engineers• Preparation of monthly MIS reports
