Supported by experience as a practicing engineer in the field of highway engineering, and with assignments encompassing project conceptualization, proposal preparation, execution of Strategic Options Studies / Feasibility Studies / Detailed Engineering & pre-tender engineering assignments, coordination of Construction Supervision and Operations & Maintenance projects, my exposure imparts me the confidence of facing the gamut of issues that engineering professionals working in the infrastructure domain are expected to respond to today and also to those that are destined to undergo an inevitable overhaul in the immediate future.The projects that I have worked for have had demanded integrating denouements from varied disciplines, supplemented by appropriate design/drawings for alternatives as permissible under the ambit of respective contract agreements/technical specifications. With private participation in Highway Infrastructure Development through BOT/BOT-Annuity models gaining steady momentum in the last decade, the demand engendered the need for trenchant, ingenious proficiency in addressing construction facets in more totality. Accordingly my focus/orientation has have been driven by the need for realizing effective value engineering, be it in pre-tender or post-tender engineering for private concessionaires.Specialties: Being responsible for leading/coordinating a team in delivering the assorted demands, I have had the benefit of opportunities in sharpening overall skills encompassing conceptualization, developing alternatives through consensus before finally translating the team-work into effective output.
