I have worked in multicultural and matrix environments across countries, regions, and global levels, and have specialized in job evaluation, pay range design and implementation, merit increase process, sales compensation design and implementation, and benefits revamping.Currently, I am the Manager - Global Compensation at SPX FLOW, Inc., where I am responsible for conceptualizing, developing, deploying, and administering compensation programs across SPX FLOW businesses worldwide, covering more than 30 countries. I am also the compensation partner for the EMEA region and the manufacturing organization. As part of the Global Capability Center (GCC) based in India, I support the centralization and harmonization of the global compensation strategy and framework.
