• In this Post I am responsible for 8-9 District to support ICDS directorate the New WHO-GS and SABLA roll out process.• Monitor in-house and field Level trainings of AWWs on weighing and promotion of IYCN (Infant & Young Child Nutrition)• Co-ordinate with district programme ICDS office & facilitate capacity building of field functionaries at district/block levels and capacity building of adolescent girls (Sakhi-Saheli) at Gram Panchayat/ AWC levels.• Work closely with NGOs for NRC & SABLA and facilitate activities such as IFA supplementation,THR distribution & health checkups • Undertake frequent field visits to monitor progress of implementation of WHO-GS & Sabla in assigned districts

In This Position I was Responsible ....• To Coordinate with district officials(ICDS, Health & Education departments) for strengthening of various CDN supported programs-New WHO Growth standard roll out, promotion of IYCF,NRC operationalization, strengthening biannual Vitamin-A rounds, strengthening anemia control program for School going adolescent girls/out of school adolescent girls/child anemia, improving usage of iodized salt; in the district• Facilitate Training of ICDS & Health functionaries in the district regarding various CDN supported programs in the districts• Co-ordinate with State Consultant-CDN to get guidance on various CDN supported Programs & report to them regarding the progress of their respective program• Facilitate district officials in tracking reporting & data analysis• Facilitate district officials in regular/monthly reviews regarding various CDN supported Program in the District• Coordinate with district officials for inter-departmental coordination between various departments in the district for different CDN supported programs in the district
