The responsibilities include receives RFQ/ITT, SOW, FEED Documents from COMPANY or Main contractors or the EPC itself. Understanding of the SOW and identify all the project requirement and subcontracting works. Also, Preparation of Tender review check sheet (Bid no Bid form) to make decision by the management to proceed with the bid or not. MTO preparation from P&ID and GA drawing, Float enquiries to suppliers and sub-contractors as identified from the Scope of work, Technical & Commercial Bid Evaluation of Supplier’s proposal, Estimate Direct & Indirect Manpower & Construction Equipment's as required for the Job, Resource allocation as required in co-ordination with planning, Inputs for the Project schedule & manpower Histogram, Co-ordinate with Engineering Consultants, Perform Cost Estimation for the project, estimation of finance cost(cash flow calculation), performance bond cost etc., attend pre-tender site visit and clarification meeting with Clients, Preparation of Technical and Commercial bid Submission, involve post tender clarification including the preparation of project presentation. Reviewing contract documents after award. Attend Kick of meeting after award, prepare Handover documents including the price breakdown budget to project team after award, prepare variation order due to change project scope and quantity etc.
